Course overview
This engaging session will introduce you to mindfulness and the neuroscience behind it. You’ll learn that mindfulness is not a religion but rather a practice of being aware and living fully in the present. You’ll also discover that mindfulness and meditation offer a range of physical and mental health benefits. If you enjoy the experience, you can move on to a meditation sitting group or enroll in our Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course.
