Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation is open to everyone. We will be meeting virtually for the near future beginning June 24, 2020. Instructions for joining us will be sent to you once you register. We hope to see you online!
Learn the basics of meditation in a friendly, welcoming environment.
This engaging session will introduce you to mindfulness and the neuroscience behind it. You’ll learn that mindfulness is not a religion but rather a practice of being aware and living fully in the present. You’ll also discover that mindfulness and meditation offer a range of physical and mental health benefits. If you enjoy the experience, you can move on to a meditation sitting group or enroll in our Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course.
