Exploring the Four Foundations of Mindfulness

Through the exploration of the Satipatthana Sutta, the Buddha’s teaching on the four foundations of mindfulness, we will discover how the practice of mindfulness can liberate us from suffering and how we can achieve a state of peace that surpasses our culture’s unreliable promise of happiness through sensual pleasures. Cultivating mindfulness allows for the development of wisdom and insight into life and ultimately what truly creates peace and freedom.
